A perfect place for a couple.

Perfect location with a bus stop nearby where varieties of bus come frequently.

I was informed that they have a tumble drier but it turned out they didn't. luckily there was a laundromat near by.

Close to food markets.

Close to food markets. The property owner/manager was very helpful and always available to answer any questions/requests that I had via Whatsapp Messenger. Thank you Ms. April.

Too far from MRT station and the accommodation is not ideal for a large family (as we were 5) because there is only one bathroom in the unit.

There is everything you need for short stay.

There is everything you need for short stay.. Kitchen utilities, coffee maker, microwave.. The staffs are helpful. You can reach the main attraction by bus.. or by one stop to newton MRT It is also close to food centre and halal restaurant is across the street. 7/11 store is just downstair

Great staff and spacious.

The average review on booking.com was over 9 when I booked, but it felt more like a 6 IMHO. Overall I was expecting more based on the price. The location wasn't great, and walking options are limited or quite far.

I recommend this place, especially for a group of close friends or family.

The apartment is surrounded by grocery shop, local restaurants and fast food restaurants. Hawker centers nearby serves you a variety of good food in reasonable prices. The apartment is neat, clean and provide facilities for home-cooked food. I like washing machine since I just traveled Indonesia before that. The assistant, April, is very helpful. She guided me clearly how to self check-in and gave me needed information in many aspects. The bus stop is very close and we can travel around the city by bus.

To travel from/to Changi airport by bus or MRT is difficult. However, we took taxi to the airport SGD 15-17 which was acceptable and more convenient. The MRT station is quite far from the apartment (1.6 km) but the bus can take you wherever you want.

Great Location, it’s safe and a pleasent place. Value for money and everything that was portrayed to us was met as per our expectations.

Great spot for a family stay in Singapore

A compact little apartment nestled into a busy area of Singapore. Close to bus and rail links as well as a myriad of restaurants and shops. The Hawker centre near by is a must for trying out local food at very cheap prices. The apartment itself is clean and tidy and accomadates a family comfortably and the AC was good which you may well be thankful for after a day of sightseeing in Singapore! Buses to the Marina and Harbour front run from just outside so access to some of the main attractions such as Sentosa is really easy and cheap.

a worth it place to staY

The room was very very clean, wverything got in our room,they even provide a room for ironing room and the bed was good not so hard or soft, kitchen set complete. And i like how flexible and attitude of the staff and April. They are very tolerant and helping. Would stat there again in the next trip.

„Eine gute Basis für einen Singapur Aufenthalt mit 4 Personen.

Das Appartment entsprach der Beschreibung und ist sehr zweckmässig ausgestattet. Die Balestier Road hat alles, was man zum Essen und Einkaufen braucht. Bus vor der Tür, zur Bahn ist es etwas weiter. Das Ceck-in war unkompliziert und April hat die Übergabe und den Service sehr nett organisiert.
